Sidewalk Usage/Signs
The City of Kamloops by-law requires all businesses using the sidewalk adjacent to their businesses for sandwich board advertising and /or outdoor cafes to obtain a Sidewalk Use Permit.
Acceptable Sidewalk Usage
A business may only use their sidewalk area for:
- Sandwich board sign advertising, or
- Table and chairs, or
- Clothing racks or display tables.
