Kamloops Heritage Commission

Originally called the Kamloops Heritage Advisory Committee, the Kamloops Heritage Commission was formed in 1979 to serve an advisory role to City Council on heritage matters.
The Commission comprises nine members, including a representative from City Council, and is advised by City staff from the Kamloops Museum and Archives and the Development and Engineering Services Department.
The Commission provides advocacy and educational services to City Council and members of the public and works hard to create and maintain partnerships in heritage disciplines.
