Rezoning
Zoning By-law Ammendment
The City's Zoning By-law regulates the location and use of buildings, the use of
lands, the height of structures, areas for open spaces, etc.
If a proposed use or density for a site is not permitted under its present zoning, a Rezoning application (Zoning By-law Amendment) to amend the Zoning By-law must be made to Council.
