With $37 million invested in new and renovated facilities to launch our Tournament Capital of Canada initiative we are well on our way in becoming the premiere host centre for tournaments, and national/international competitions. Kamloops will realize the results of increased participation, economic generation of Sport Tourism, first class facilities, and a more active and healthier community.

Tournament Capital Grant
If you're in amateur sports and host your tournament in Kamloops you could be eligible for a grant. The bigger the tournament, the bigger the grant! Application deadline: 3 months before event.
