Christmas Tree Recycling
December 27, 2014 - January 15, 2015
Recycled trees save landfill space and produce compost material for use in parks and gardens. To date, Kamloops has recycled close to 150,000 trees.
Please ensure your tree is clean of any wires, tinsel, decorations, or plastic.

2013 - 2014 Statistics
The City received 3572 Christmas Trees during the holiday season at our drop off locations to be recycled. The most popular drop off sites this year were Albert McGowan (747 trees) followed by the Yacht Club (516), McArthur Island (501 trees), and Westsyde Park (337 trees).
