Residential Collection Fee Rates
As of July 1, 2006 all garbage containers must comply with our new standards. The
City will apply the Collection Fee (and any applicable lease options) on your Utility Bill.
Annual costs to residents are outlined in the following table.

Note: Collection Service Charges apply to all residents, whether they lease or own.
Lease rates do not apply to residents providing their own City compliant containers.
This is a $50 fee for all container size changes, with the exception of new homeowners.
Curbside Recycling Annual Rate and By-Laws
The annual fee for the recycling containers will be $36.30 (including the 10% discount for pre-deadline payments),
and it will appear on your utility statements along with sewer, water and garbage fees. This fee will include the lease
of a wheeled container and collection of its recyclable contents.
Garbage and recyclables will be collected on a weekly basis.
