Tipping Fees

| Loads greater than 100 kgs | $60. per tonne |
| Asbestos* | $150. per tonne |
| Carcasses and offal* | $150. per tonne |
| Asphalt and Concrete (no rebar) | $5. per tonne |
| Concrete with rebar for recycle | $10. per tonne |
| Appliances containing Freon | $10. per item pay at Drop & Shop |
| Clean Fill (with declaration from source) | Free (no charge) |
* All loads less than or equal to 250 kg will be charged a minimum fee of $50 to reflect the special handling required for
these commodities.
Mixed loads are charged at a higher rate based on refuse type.
Mission Flats Landfill
Recycle: Newspaper, corrugated cardboard, scrap metal, lead acid batteries, tires, white goods, propane tanks (20 lb).
Consumer Product Stewardship Program: Accepts solvents, flammable liquids, pesticides, gasoline, paint. (These products must be in their original containers.)
Landfill: Everything else that cannot be re-used or recycled.
Hours of Operation
Open 7 days a week - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Closed Christmas and New Years Day.
Barnhartvale Landfill
This facility is for Residential use only and open year round.
Commercial haulers must use Mission Flats Landfill.
